Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.Your New Role...The Marketing Representative is focused on the implementation of consumer and trade marketing plans for priority DC publishing (print and digital) projects.Your Role Accountabilities...Support the Marketing Manager in the development of all marketing support materials & marketing campaigns for priority projects (periodicals, graphic novels, collected editions) and DC Universe Infinite, including but not limited to print ads, physical and digital promotional items, online advertising assets, samplers, video content and more; help with the creation of Title Information sheets. Organize all assets required for the development of marketing materials. Assist in administrative duties such as vouchers, trafficking of art, copies, mailing, etc.

Support the development of all marketing plans by helping to brainstorm and outline creative ideas which support the overall strategy, incorporating marketing support from the various teams (Publicity, Digital, Events, etc.), to ensure summary documents are completed on time to impact sell-in and sell-through. Assist in the creation of marketing plan presentations and post-mortems.

Responsible for the planning, scheduling, creative direction, and production of DC’s video content; oversee outside agencies through final delivery to DC’s internal and external partners; ensure content is engaging for fans and promotes priority projects; route to stakeholders for review/approval while ensuring the goals for each segment are achieved and final product is delivered on time.

Support consumer events and trade shows (physical or virtual) as needed to help promote priority projects and help DC’s Events team execute panels, giveaways, and run DC booths.

Serve as a project manager on all assigned projects to ensure that materials are delivered on time to all internal and external stakeholders.

Aid in the management and execution of all digital marketing and advertising campaigns including writing drafts of marketing copy, developing static and motion graphics, and coordinating with the DC social team to promote priority projects.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience...Three (3) years of relevant marketing experience.

Publishing experience with comic book expertise strongly preferred.

BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred.

Proficiency using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat required.

Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully (both verbally and in writing) with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Must have the ability to organize, work well under time constraints, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks and project elements simultaneously.

Must have the ability to pay close attention to details.

Knowledge of core comic book mythologies and terminology preferred.

Knowledge of publishing/comic book industry preferred.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $54,600.00 - $101,400.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
