A business consulting firm is looking for a skilled individual to join a rapidly growing sales and marketing team in the Atlanta area. The company's mission revolves around fostering partner growth through innovative residential marketing and sales strategies. This Marketing and Sales role will require engaging with customers facilitating the enrollment process on behalf of our clients.As a leader in the experiential marketing and sales industry, the right candidate for the Marketing and Sales Representative role has a natural leadership ability, is actively seeking a career where they can pursue unlimited advancement opportunities, and is looking to challenge themselves personally and professionally. As the Marketing and Sales Representative, you will receive comprehensive one-on-one guidance that includes classroom-style training, roleplay scenarios, and regular performance evaluations.Key Responsibilities of a Marketing and Sales Representative include:
Executing marketing and sales programs through the implementation of neighborhood-based outreach campaigns.Promoting products and services directly to homeowners and decision makers to create a memorable buying experience that fosters genuinity, honesty and transparency.Serving as the face of our client’s brand in the local community while exhibiting an extreme sense of professionalism.Educating consumers on clients' products and services with the goal of enrolling new customers or upgrading existing ones.Participating in continuing training opportunities.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.At least some experience in a customer service, hospitality, sales or retail role preferred.The ability to start immediately and work full time hours.The ability to travel locally.Preferred skills:
Clear and confident communication skills.Organization and the ability to follow through and complete tasks.The ability to think on your feet and problem solve.The ability to work independently or as part of a team.What this firm has to offer:
