Digital Media Manager

to join our team! We’re looking for someone to help lead the digital advertising and marketing efforts for our family of retail and wholesale brands within the home and garden categories.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with internal teams and agency partners to drive performance through various digital and multichannel marketing strategies. We are looking for someone who can plan media activities, execute, analyze and use results to push our businesses forward.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Manage search and PPC advertising on Google and Bing, focusing on new customer acquisition and demand generationLead Google Shopping/Performance Max to maintain strong product feeds and competitive bid pricesEfficiently manage agency partners across major advertising platforms to achieve measurable resultsOversee Meta advertising and organic strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to create powerful contentDevelop and test strategies for new ad platforms like TikTok, identifying potential channels and planning their integrationImplement social media best practices for community building, influencer outreach, and brand partnershipsCollaborate on affiliate marketing to increase brand mentions, product placements, and promotional optimizationManage the social media calendar to align with key dates, events, and the overall Marketing & Communications calendarOptimize all channels to meet ROAS, A/S, margin, and revenue goalsAct as the digital advertising expert, collaborating with copywriters, designers, and merchandisers to share best practicesMonitor, analyze, and communicate key data and tracking to measure the success of advertising efforts

The requirements listed below represent the minimum knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

Bachelor's degree3+ years' relevant experience in paid and social media marketingProficient with Google PMAX, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Meta, Bing, TikTok, LinkedIn SEO tools, bid management, and optimization systemsPossess a strong understanding of trends and an ability to quickly respond to customer behaviorsExperience working with marketing agencies: attending meetings, managing deadlines, and giving feedbackFamiliarity with web analytics and business intelligence tools like Google Analytics and Power BI to track performance metricsSkilled in keyword tactics for SEO and paid search, content writing, and optimizing landing pagesStrong analytical skills and ability to work independently or with a team to share advertising and customer dataCapable of multitasking, time management, and decision-making in both in-person and virtual settingsExperience with Shopify and/or HubSpot, a plus
