IFS is seeking a highly capable, self-directed Partner Marketing Manager. In this role, you will develop a deep comprehension of the IFS and IFS partner GTM strategy and work directly with partners and SI’s (regional and global) to develop and deliver marketing programs that acquire new customers, as well as retain and grow existing customers. You will be responsible for working with our global marketing team to design messaging and enable campaign strategies to help grow the IFS partner network, along with helping the partner network generate pipeline. You will act as the primary partner marketing contact for the North America team participating in regular team calls, in-person meetings and planning sessions. You will also act as the primary marketing contact and consultant for the strategic partnership, defining the regional strategy as well as building and executing annual joint marketing plans and programs. You will constantly monitor and administer IFS utilization of Partner Market Development Funds (MDF), including being an expert resource on process, guidelines and compliance for internal marketing teams and partners. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B enterprise technology marketing, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a successful track record in managing partner marketing and building top of funnel pipeline.Key Tasks:

Develop and execute best-in-class marketing plans with key partners that effectively drive awareness and adoption of IFS partner solutions.Work closely with partner directors to identify priorities and partner marketing initiatives.Define regional joint marketing plans with strategic partners.Develop detailed campaign project plans, including campaign goals, messaging, call to action, marketing distribution channels, follow-up activities, and success metrics.Work closely with top IFS partners to build joint value proposition messaging and content.Create innovative programs to scale efforts.Proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted, measured marketing programs with the ability to drive projects through completion and metrics.Develop marketing roadmaps that link the dots across channels and deliver a unified and coherent message to target audiences.Research and pilot new programs and ideas that will drive future success.Build effective relationships with key stakeholders.Qualifications

Possess an expert comprehension of how to drive business and marketing with and through the partner ecosystem.Knowledgeable in B-to-B marketing management most specifically in the area of business software applications.Background in leveraging a broad range of marketing tactics such as digital, tradeshows, business development teams, email marketing, third-party programs, etc.Accomplished range of skills from high level strategic thinking to creative execution.Proven experience in any of the following industries would be a plus (not required): Manufacturing, Construction, Energy, Aerospace & Defence, or Field Service Management.Demonstrate ability to tie marketing programs to ROI metrics.Strong team player, motivated to work collaboratively across a variety of stakeholders.Knowledge of industry tools including Marketo, Outreach, CRM, LinkedIn, PowerBI, etc.Professional level presentation and written communication skills.Recommended 7+ years of experience in directing marketing and communications.Demonstrates strong project management skills and is a pro-active self-starter.Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Able to simplify/synthesize complex data from a variety of sources and then communicate solutions in a simple, fresh perspective that clearly outlines the roles and deliverables of marketing channels.Possesses analytical mindset and innate curiosity, valuing research, insight, metrics, and data-driven decision-making.Develops positive relationships across all levels of seniority cross-functionally, leveraging communications and project management skills to ensure consistency and alignment between all stakeholders internally and externally.Maturity, confidence, and perspective to manage quick/unexpected transitions or conflicts to successful resolution.Must be comfortable in a high-performing, fast-paced environment, can adapt quickly to support the development of content and decision-making in rapidly developing, time-sensitive situations.Ability to travel as needed; limited travel required.Additional Information
