for our Columbus, OH office to work Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST)!

Pay:

$90,000 - $110,000/year with up to 25% travel

The Digital Marketing Manager role is a hybrid digital and product marketer who is able to execute lead generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth. This role also partners with product team members to deliver Go To Market (GTM) and product update activities. Aside from executing Williams Lea’s digital roadmap, the Digital Marketing Manager also supports sales, accounts, client feedback, and other departments.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years in B2B marketing, preferably in a product marketing role or marketing for a technology business

Proven track record in launching and running successful marketing campaigns

Ability to gather feedback from internal stakeholders and work closely with cross-functional teams

Thorough understanding of go-to-market strategies and best practices

Experience in SEO/SEM, content management systems and analytics (HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics/Matomo preferred)

Possess a product mindset, and can distill qualitative and quantitative data into clear actions

Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail

MS Windows and MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Team player comfortable working across virtual global team

Strong time management and focus on delivering to tight deadlines

Flexible and self-motivated/proactive

A natural storyteller, with strong communication and writing skills

Bachelor’s degree in related field

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

Work closely with the Global Digital Marketing Director to develop and manage B2B digital marketing campaigns across paid search, display, remarketing, ABM + nurtures, social media and more to meet demand generation targets

Continuously optimize digital marketing campaigns to improve performance

Optimize web presence to improve conversion rates

Work with the global marketing team to create and manage a year-long content calendar and help produce all deliverables, including: blogs, case studies, white papers, video scripts, infographics, social media posts, landing pages, and other content as required

Research and stay up-to-date on digital marketing best practices and trends

Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Matomo

Product Marketing:

Help the marketing and product teams deliver messaging and positioning of Williams Lea’s products and service lines to prospects and clients

Support development of the go-to-market strategy for product launches and roadmap updates

Create external marketing assets to support the campaigns, including sell sheets, case studies, and web pages

Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders within the organization, including Marketing, Product and Services team, Business Development, Account Management, and Client Feedback Team to execute appropriate product marketing strategies.

Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitors, client needs, etc.

Help gather and interpret client feedback to inform future product/service development and roadmaps
