Tradeshow Marketing Manager at McKinley Marketing Partners, Inc.Responsibilities
Collaborate with industry & customer events team to support event strategy and requirementsSupport show concept developmentSupport budget management and contract negotiationsLiaise with vendors to support show needs including booth layout and event coordinationManage booking and registration of vendors, sponsors, and guests including travel and administrative itemsProject manage the promotion of events such as pre, during, and post-show communications through marketing channelsCoordinate the logistical requirements such as security, equipment rentals, and catering servicesEnsure that all health and safety standards are adhered to for the eventGeneral administration and industry/customer events team supportSupport tradeshow-related print, production, and management of show samples as neededQualifications
5+ years of experience working on the execution of events communications and marketing campaignsProven time management and prioritization skills and experience working well under tight deadlinesUnderstanding of digital and traditional marketing channelsExperience building event marketing plans, and timelines with multiple dependencies and managing creative deliverablesExcellent communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely express ideas both verbally and in writingThis is a 6-month contract position.
