Lead, develop, and scale brands collaborating with all functions as a strategic business, brand and team leader, culture builder, and growth driver. Become part of the brand/marketing management and new product development team of a highly successful, rapidly growing, private equity-backed, global CPG company with an iconic, new, and expanding brand and business portfolio in the fast-growing multi-cultural haircare, skincare, and beauty segments.

Helps develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans that result in YOY brand growth.Executes brand communication plan across all platforms (digital multi-media, marketing/sales materials, trade shows, education, photo shoots and promotions).Coordinates deliverables with outside marketing/PR agencies.Develops and manages Influencer programs.Works with Digital partners to develop and oversee social media.Develops and leads execution of Mailings.Works closely with Sales & Merchandising to develop and execute effective promotional programs.Works with Brand VP to identify key consumer and market trends that develop into an annual brand innovation strategy and plan.Leads the new product development process internally with key cross-functional stakeholders ensuring all key milestones are achieved.Works with internal/external design resource/agency partner to develop sales/product communication materials e.g., Buyer’s Guides, POP, Sell Sheets, etc.Attends and leads trade shows and events.Leads annual and ongoing brand budget exercise.Tracks and adjusts brand support spending to achieve budgeted levels.Leads all sampling programs, online, college, Beauty Boxes, Instore.Approves & manages monthly sample allocation forecasting requirements and achieves appropriate inventory targets.Conducts business analysis and presents ongoing KPI reviews.Recommends and executes brand price strategy.Recommends and executes slim and squeeze strategies as needed.Conducts category and competitive analyses and insights and recommends appropriate business responses/actions.Executes appropriate tracking/start documents.Requirements

Dynamic, positive, self-motivated leader with significant experience understanding different types of brand and business challenges.Ability to work in an ambiguous and dynamic work environment; is comfortable with risk and uncertainty.Solutions focused, pragmatic but has a can do, will do attitude.Has digital marketing management and optimization experience especially with paid campaigns.Able to roll up their sleeves and get the job done while processes are not clear or being revamped.Demonstrates excellence in communication, analytical and project management.Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in PowerPoint/ Office Suite.Has worked with CPG FMCG brands.Can lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation, promotion, sales projects and presentations.Can effectively build relationships and influence senior levels in the organization across regions and functions.Drive for results, able to influence and accomplish tasks through formal.Qualifications

5-8 years Marketing experience.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Former CPG experience preferred.Beauty/ Multicultural experience preferred.
