We need an experienced and self-driven Content Marketing Manager who can bring creativity and enthusiasm to a fast-paced team. Based at the BCG NY and reporting to the Head of Marketing Campaigns (North America), you will work closely with marketing and communications experts, and your work will help support businesses across the UK and around the world. You will be responsible for the strategy and delivery of creative content to a business-to-business audience supporting both trade and investment. You will produce high-quality video and photo output for campaigns and events and will be a dynamic operator with capacity for pushing new formats, optimising content and responding quickly to the news cycle.Roles and responsibilities:Create first-class video and photo content for campaigns and events, including for digital channelsLead filming, both in the office and on locationDevelop new ways of storytelling in the digital environmentLead content creation on key policy announcements, ministerial priorities, events and campaignsDevelop and deliver content campaign strategyUse data and other insight to evaluate performance and inform strategic decisionsAdvise colleagues and stakeholders on filming logistics and best practiceEdit and deliver finished photo and video outputs at paceTrain and upskill team members in videography tools and techniquesWork collaboratively with colleagues in the UK, North America and the global marketing and communications networkManage budgets for projects by working in close co-ordination with network colleagues to provide regular and accurate financial informationPerform other duties as assignedEssential qualifications, skills and experience:Demonstrated experience in social media, digital marketing or communication roleExperience in videography and video editing (ideally for business audiences)Experience with the Adobe Creative suite or similar editing toolsStrong editorial judgementAbility to work at pace and under pressureExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent senior stakeholder management abilitiesExcellent collaboration skills with the ability to deliver results and work in a team environmentExcellent interpersonal, presentation and networking skillsExcellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detailA demonstrated ability to be flexible on tasks within the team and deliver resultsDemonstrable interest in the UK and international affairsMust be able to attend events outside of office hours and undertake travel in the US and internationally up to 20% of your timeLanguage requirements:Language: EnglishLevel of language required: excellent verbal and written EnglishDesirable qualifications, skills and experience:Experience with live streamsKnowledge of social media best practices and a track record of securing positive results with dynamic digital creative contents and projectsRequired behaviours:Changing and Improving, Communicating and Influencing, Delivering at Pace, Making Effective Decisions, Working TogetherApplication deadline:
