Synergy Sales is currently hiring Direct Sales Representatives in Clarksburg, as we continue to expand our territories in West Virginia. We’re looking for talented and highly motivated individuals, seeking an opportunity for growth and personal development!

This role takes on Direct Sales & Promotional Marketing for our Fortune 500 clients - promoting their products and services in Residential, Retail, and Events settings. This is a great opportunity if you have experience selling solar, telecom, or wireless services! Experience enrolling qualified customers in benefit programs is also a plus but not required.
Core Responsibilities
Promoting the client's products & services to build Brand Awareness and acquire new customers
Contact Residential Leads through Canvassing (Door-to-door), Events (Branded Booths/Tents), & Retail (Pop-ups)
Demonstrate Product Knowledge by providing quality sales presentations
Process transactions and complete customer registration using the client's app
Handle customer service inquiries professionally and promptly
Maintain assigned territory & Build Relationships with community partners

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Must be organized, motivated & thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
