Graphic DesignerThe Graphic Designer works with independence and as an individual contributor. The right candidate is efficient in CorelDraw artwork and manages the signage for on and off premise retail accounts, venues, and special events in the market.This position reports to the Sales Director(s); and VP’s, Branch Managers and Ownership. The position is a non-exempt sales position and is subject to overtime under the FLSA.Primary Objectives & Essential Functions:Create and amend digital artworks and POS signage in accordance with customer requirements, existing brand rules, and subsequent print requirements.Manage all incoming orders by prioritizing requests and completing them in a timely manner.Inventory ink, paper, outdoor banners and all other supplies on a regular basis to ensure proper tools are available to complete signage requests.Review AB Marketing to download new images including brand templates, packaging, graphics, and logos.Create appealing signage for special events and venues.Create internal signage including all sales board information, company announcements, Brewster safety images, etc.Communicate with sales staff and retailers to accommodate special requested and/or updated logos.Maintain sign shop printers.Maintain a clean, organized work space in the sign shop.Manage inventory of POS Marketing material warehouse.Perform all other general administrative tasks as assigned.The role assumes other responsibilities as assigned by Sales Director(s), VP’s, Branch Managers and Ownership.Position Requirements:Working knowledge of the following computer programs:

Corel DrawCorel Photo PaintAdobe Illustrator & PhotoshopMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Encompass RAS (preferred)

Must possess an effective ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with management; internal and external customers.Excellent organizational skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Reasoning ability - must demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.Excellent computer skills in all sales programs. Enthusiastic, team player interested in positive company growth.Ability to lift weight of 35 lbs. repeatedly without assistance and 35+ lbs. with assistance.Education and Experience:A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or 2 years of related experience.Physical Demands:These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
