Job Summary

The Product Marketing Manager collaborates with internal marketing, product and sales teams to make ideas come to life. This position is responsible for the creation of detailed marketing plans for strategic products, as well as the ongoing coordination of go-to-market activities. The Product Marketing Manager assists the expanded marketing team to execute a variety of product marketing tactics that will be critical to the overall success of each campaign launch and its effectiveness. This position helps with driving how individual product positioning rolls-up to the overarching message we want to convey to the market, and ensures that product marketing strategy supports the company's overall business objectives. The Product Marketing Manager partners with the product, sales and operations teams to gather requirements from stakeholders and deliver the creative assets with excellence. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and provides excellent customer service to team members and customers while demonstrating the company values and supporting the mission.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

Responsible for copywriting and development of content to include white papers, case studies, sales collateral, prospecting and client events, seminar presentations, social media content, articles, webcasts, podcasts, videos, and infographics.Collaborate with design team and vendor partners to create engaging and compelling graphics, web and digital assets, videos, photography, and lead the design direction for strategic products.Research voice of the customer, competitor landscape, customer buyer journey mapping, data analytics, data from strategic manufacturer partners, and 3rd party industry sources to inform content development.Assist with cross-functional teams to build alignment on strategy and execution.Oversee the successful execution of the content development tactics.Manage demand generation activities to include webinars, videos, podcasts, panels, and events.Execute tactics of traditional marketing plans to include webcasts, panels, client seminars, testimonial videos, events, social media, and lead generation programs.Analyze ROI tracking and results of marketing activities.Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field.5 years of professional experience in product marketing.Experience with product positioning and marketing content creation.Capable of thinking strategically while able to manage multiple hands-on tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong copywriting experience for content syndication (e.g., White Papers, Case Studies, Infographics).Proven ability to distill and convey complex technical topics and messages in a clear and engaging manner.Strong storytelling experience for engaging presentations, events, and seminars preferred.Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences is essential.Experience with Marketing Automation & CRM tools preferred.Experience with vendor relations and event execution.Knowledge of sales methodologies, processes, and techniques.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experience with facilitating groups and public speaking.Strong project and time management skills with an ability to set and maintain priorities to meet deadlines.Strong analytical skills and the ability to think systematically. Advanced applications skills such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other process systems.Ability to work effectively within a team environment.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while accomplishing daily tasks.Effective oral and written communication skills.Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem-solving skills.High standards for integrity, honesty, professionalism, and work ethic.Ability to work independently while demonstrating excellent organization and follow through.Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload.Self-directed with an ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency.Self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic.Self-starter with a strong desire to exceed expectations and capable of supporting a team.Maintain confidentiality discretion.Ability to effectively work in collaboration with others to achieve business objectives.Willing to grow and be challenged.Attend training as requested.
