Marketing Automation Build Specialist

to support the High Technology vertical team. This team engages in several projects for clients, providing the best-in-class marketing automation experience, focusing on leading our delivery team to success for the client. You will report to a Manager.Marketing Automation Build Specialists Responsibilities:

Responsible for the build of marketing automation programs within a variety of marketing automation platforms, including assembly of emails using existing templates within the respective platform.Understand the business needs/problems that automation will help to solve.Utilize requirements provided by client teams to build emails in a marketing automation platform content builder console.Partner with our teams, client business marketers, and IT development teams to develop processes and solutions within marketing automation platforms.Participate in requirements discovery meetings with client teams to identify and capture marketing needs, document user stories, develop and test solutions in a specific marketing automation platform.Partner closely with a team of Marketing Automation Subject Matter Experts (SME) to understand marketing automation program requirements and technical specifications for fast delivery on shorter go-to-market timelines.Responsible for building and testing user journeys.Manage and execute test plans to ensure all links and HTML content are tested properly before deployment, testing for issues including broken builds, technical pass or fail tests, and reviewing defects found in testing and resolving them in production.Understand the end-to-end experience of emails and forms/landing pages from creation to deployment and reporting.Serve as a platform liaison in troubleshooting a myriad of data or technical challenges surrounding marketing automation programs and audiences/segments.Provide support in pulling program performance reports and setup A/B testing for campaign programs.Experience with Jira, Workfront (preferred) or other Agile Management tools for task assignments and issue management.Guided by marketing automation program best practices.Strong ownership, and willingness to roll-up your sleeves.Marketing Automation Build Specialists Qualifications / Requirements:

2-5 or more years of experience working on digital marketing and marketing automation projects in an agency or multi-client organization.Extensive experience with email and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua), with a strong preference for Marketo.Demonstrated experience with a wide range of MarTech in all marketing areas including: CRM/Marketing Automation, Analytics, Data Visualization, and Content Marketing/CMS. The technologies would ideally include a combination of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Oracle Eloqua, Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Analytics & Adobe Launch, Google Analytics.Experience with the design elements of front-end or Marketing Automation development.Additional Preferred Candidate Qualifications:

Experience working with remote teams and clients.Experience working with HTML or CSS email code review using tools such as Adobe Dreamweaver.Location: USA, KS, Work-at-HomePhysical & Mental Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, headset, and other office equipment.
