The salary range for this role is $96,200 - $154,000.Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. This person will play a pivotal role in driving FreshRealm’s revenue, working closely with the Business Development and Retail Sales teams to create scalable, compelling, and value-additive materials for growing revenue with new and existing partners.You will be responsible for developing sales toolkits, building and implementing processes for ongoing customer initiatives, and crafting sellable packages to drive incremental revenue. You will work collaboratively with many functions across the organization, including the teams referenced above, Creative, Operations, and Supply Chain, as well as the Executive Leadership Team and other stakeholders across the company. You will have a high degree of visibility across the company.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong blend of creativity and business acumen, be able to drive direction and execution that ladders to financial and strategic goals, be outcomes-driven, and have a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - are essential, both in producing your own deliverables and to build credibility with the teams in a collaborative, constructive, and energizing way.Major Duties And Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:Build robust sales marketing materials, processes, and support to enable the Commercial teamsDevelop sellable packages of services, value-adds, etc. to drive incremental revenue.Make strategic recommendations to drive growth leveraging marketing channels - owned and paidWork collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders (including customers) to deliver high-quality, valuable, and effective materials and strategiesImplement standard processes and reporting across the product development value chainManage external contractors as neededDevelop and measure metrics for successCollaborate extremely closely with the Creative teamQualifications For The Job

Skills and Requirements:Demonstrated ability to drive results with measurable outcomesExpertise in presentation software, including Powerpoint and Google Slides, required; Illustrator and/or Figma experience preferredComfort/fluency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheets)Customer-first orientationAcute attention to detailExceptionally strong, structured organizational skills with ability to appropriately prioritize to drive outcomes and hit deadlinesComfort with basic reporting metrics and dashboardsExcellent communication skills - both written and verbalStrong executive presence and judgmentWillingness and ability to “build while you run” and an excitement to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly evolving organizationExperience / Education:6 years of experience on marketing teams and/or functionsBachelor’s degree requiredExperience with business-driven storytelling and delivering measurable results aligned with company goalsDemonstrated ability to confidently manage multiple, cross-functional initiatives independently and collaboratively to deliver resultsOwnership and execution of creative and marketing initiativesSuccess in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsWhat We Offer
