As a member of the B2B Marketing and Thought Leadership team, The B2B Marketing and Sales Messaging Professional II develops, curates and deploys content for B2B marketing programs, including education, thought-leadership, proposals, marketing and sales messaging. They prepare content by partnering with stakeholders to identify and articulate guiding strategies and concepts, writing drafts, and reconciling stakeholder input. They collaborate with key subject matter experts from across the organization to develop compelling marketing content and programs in alignment with sales goals and integrated marketing messaging.Do you have a passion for building educational content and telling compelling stories? Then this role may be the perfect fit.What You Bring to Cambia:Qualifications:The B2B Marketing and Sales Messaging Professional II would have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, English, Marketing or related field and 3+ years of experience in communications, writing, technical writing, marketing, copy writing, proposal writing, minimum 2 years’ experience in a corporate environment, preferred experience in health insurance sector or health care industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong knowledge base in marketing concepts and strategies.

Ability to work independently and handle many projects simultaneously -- must be able to meet aggressive deadlines.

Ability to think critically and solve problems.

Additional Skills and attributes, level IIAdvanced level of knowledge of health insurance industry, products and services that enables the ability to recognize gaps in messaging and strategies and recommend improvements.

Ability to initiate projects independently without direction from manager.

What You Will Do at Cambia:Work with marketing program managers, department heads, and other internal stakeholders to identify the best solutions for clients and translate them into compelling content that meets sales and business objectives.

Develop, curate and deploy content and messaging concepts by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs, reviewing strategic objectives, and business requests, and contributing to strategy meetings.

Supports organization goals by accepting ownership of new, cross-departmental requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Follows and establishes quality control and processes, including adherence to brand, legal, regulatory and corporate editorial standards and using existing workflow and project management platforms.

Presents content concepts that strategically address objectives, align with stakeholder inputs, and meet the needs of the customer.

Researches, writes, edits and designs additional marketing communications and collateral as needed, including but not limited to talking points, flyers and presentations, articles for internal and external publications, and other content.

Maintains an in-depth knowledge of Cambia’s products, services, strategies and operations, then applies that knowledge in developing standard deliverables and responses.

Supports and co-leads additional B2B marketing programs within the team, including project management, budgeting and reporting.

Additional functions, level IIWork directly with senior level stakeholders.

Demonstrates independent judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

May assist and mentor less-experienced peers and help set priorities or delegate work.

Independent judgment required. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.

The expected hiring range for the B2B Marketing and Sales Messaging Professional II is $80,000 - $90,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure/certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 10%.
