And we need people like you.Egencia’s global design team is seeking a Senior Manager - User Experience Design who has a passion for travel innovation, can transform complexity into clarity, and leads by doing. UX Designers work with feedback from our 8+ million users to directly deliver on user needs and our mission of redefining business travel. Designers don’t just create interfaces, they help build and ship sophisticated products that empower millions of business travelers, travel coordinators, and agents.The design team structure is a blended model. All design at Egencia belongs to a centralized design team that delivers a globally unified product and brand identity. Designers also belong to pod teams of product management, development, and research, working as one to ship entire lines of business.We like problem solvers with small egos. We value individual vision, and we invest in individual growth. We work through issues as a team to craft global designs, and we embrace experimentation.What You'll Do:

UX Designers at Egencia lead the

end-to-end UX research and high-fidelity UI Design

for projects from product discovery to development review.Lead Design thinking workshopsPartner with Product managers, developers, analytics and data science teams both across the product and in your product domainWork within our Design systemDesign high-fidelity, mobile-first solutions in FigmaTranslate user research and survey insights into new hypotheses.Collaborate closely with developers to evaluate concept feasibility.Run remote unmoderated user tests to validate designs with usersAdvocate for UX best practices and research methodologiesAdvocate and design for accessibility standardsWho You Are:

Experience working with B2B SAAS solutions. Designing for Banking, finance, or previous experience working on travel booking products.A strong portfolio with case studies demonstrating an array of mobile first product design workExpert in Figma and advanced Design Systems knowledgeExperience conducting remote user tests and writing surveysComfortable with mobile-first designs for a variety of device experiences.A master in Design thinking and an advocate for the UX research processFamiliar with accessibility standardsWhy Join Egencia?
