We are looking for a Marketing Communication & Operations Associate Manager who can efficiently create cohesive and integrated assets across all touch points while adhering to Robern’s luxury branding requirements.The Associate Manager is responsible for developing and implementing integrated content and marketing strategies to drive acquisition, brand awareness, and engagement with emphasis on digital touch points such as the website, eCRM, press releases, digital literature, newsletters, etc. This candidate will create and oversee content production with graphic designer, digital lead and work cross-functionally with all areas of the business.The candidate will be required to use data on customer wants, needs, and pain points in addition to industry trends, opportunities, and competition to develop a communications strategy that will establish Robern as the styling space brand of choice for these customers. Strong presentation skills and good sense of priorities and client needs/expectations a must.The Associate Manager must have excellent communications and copywriting skills, a strong understanding of integrated marketing, project management expertise in a fast-paced environment, and must be detail-oriented. The role requires a high level of accountability and self-starter mentality.Specific Responsibilities

Communications

Ensure cohesive on-brand luxury messaging, product messaging with an integrated approach across all touch points and communicate out to internal & external teamsDevelop new product marketing content including visual, verbal and brand differentiatorsDevelop & execute holistic product launches/go to market support with actionable timelines & project manage the execution with internal marketing teams and vendorsDevelop & execute campaigns based on overarching marketing calendar that support the efforts of the marketing team- including researching market trends, compiling reports about segment/consumer needs, creating campaign content like graphics, blog posts, emailsDevelop & execute product literature, price books, sell sheets and price lists in pdf & printed versionsCoordinate photoshoots and new video creationManage asset library in drop box and communicate with the team of when assets become available & how to accessMaintain website updates on Robern.com – quarterly animation & product content updatesOversee the development of merchandising tool – working closely with Brand and Channel MarketingPartner with PR to develop press releases of new product introductions and award submissionsDevelop & execute email marketing content calendar to drive acquisition of new leads and engagement of current database across all segments- showrooms, residential designers, residential installers, and homeowners, etc.Manage internal and external communications ensuring consistent messagingManage the development & execution of Branded giveaway items/gifts/invitations including sourcing, price bidding, orderingOrganize and plan events, trade shows and press conferencesIdentify additional communications methods that will excite the showroom, residential designer, homeowner community. Partner with Channel on Hospitality & Commercial segments.Marketing Operations

Primary point of contact for Robern’s sales tool management warehousing and fulfillment houseOversee the tools, data, automation, and integrations for the brand ie. lead management & Salesforce MarketingDevelop a project management system that enables the entire marketing function to collaborate/brainstorm, plan and execute their campaigns, new product launches proactively and with quality results while staying on time and on budgetTrack and report on performance of all communications activities to understand what is working, what’s not working and identify indicators for future success or the need for a change in direction, and to promote Robern marketing effortsOwn and manage a portion of the marketing and advertising budget in collaboration with the Assoc Brand DirectorSkills/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant discipline required.Masters Degree in relevant field of study preferred.At least 5 years experience in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising.Previous internal manufacturer marketing communications experience preferred.Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe (or Google) Analytics preferred.Ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills with ability to build relationships and collaborate across functional lines.Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.The salary range for this position is $81,050 - $102,400. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
