Finding an IFM partner that understands your business is key to the success of any multi-site organization and NEST has the experience to prove it.Role OverviewThe Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing campaigns with an emphasis on digital programs and analytics for new clients and Independent Service Providers (ISPs) for NEST.All NEST associates must meet expectations for attendance and punctuality, deal honestly and fairly with co-workers, management, and the general public, promote a positive work environment, and operate efficiently within their roles. Each associate is expected to work to meet or exceed all departmental goals and deadlines and maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, All Marketing Managers will interact in a professional manner by proactively establishing and maintaining effective working team relationships with internal and external customers. This includes NEST Team Members, NEST of Florida Team Members, 20 Digits Technology team members, Independent Service Providers (ISPs), and Clients. The primary interaction points with customers will be phone calls, emails, text and instant messages.We’re seeking a Marketing Manager who demonstrates strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and prioritize their work, understand financial concepts and be able to work in a high-paced environment.Role SpecificsMore specifically, your key job tasks will be to:Ideate and execute multi-touch customer journey outreach that includes executive engagement, thought leadership, direct mail, events, digital experiences, etc. to create new customer relationships and develop opportunities with sales.Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.Measure and report on the success of campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue.Participate in the strategy, development, execution, and optimization of the display, social media, and other advertising while adhering to brand standards.Manage daily activities related to web, social media, microsites, and digital marketing campaigns.Develop and coordinate both organic and paid social media presence via LinkedIn and Facebook.Leverage marketing assets to create custom content to drive an “Always-on” marketing strategy.Track, measure, and report on results of various marketing functions ensuring they perform against goals and are continually optimized through multiple tools including Google Analytics, HubSpot, and others as needed.Manage email marketing programs, lists, imports, and permissions.Coordinate both in-person and virtual tradeshows, networking events, and conference activities.Identify opportunities to generate new business leads, build brand awareness and enhance thought leadership.Pre- and post-show communications strategy.Timeline management and vendor negotiations.Planning and management of all logistics.Manage marketing assets, including tradeshow booths, printed collateral, promotional items.Make recommendations and manage budgets with the VP, Sales and Marketing, and the Director of Marketing.Ensure leads are uploaded to HubSpot timely and assigned to sales, followed up on and monitor lead conversion progress.Manage Marketing/Creative Agency and/or Ad Agency as needed in conjunction with the Marketing Director.Graphic Design responsibilities to include in conjunction with the Marketing Director.Support the creation and design of all marketing materials, including but not limited to: brochures, newsletters, direct mail pieces, identity (business cards, letterhead, and envelopes), advertisements, etc.Develop customized sales presentations and marketing materials customized to the opportunity.Maintain corporate image files, including an inventory of purchased stock photos.Perform as Admin for all Marketing Tech Stack platforms, including HubSpot, Lucidpress, Triblio, WordPress, Google Analytics, GoToWebinar, Hotjar, Trucentive, Tradeshow Platforms, Sales Navigator, and Adobe Creative Cloud.Work with NEST SMEs and other team members to source and develop content for client and ISP emails and newsletters.Coordinate with in-house Legal counsel on Client Contracts and Non-Disclosure agreements. Assists in gathering required data and information.Develop and create presentations that are tailored to the client or opportunity.Collaborate with other teams as needed on client and prospect presentations.Maintain all sales and sales demonstration tools and applications through HubSpot, Prezi, PowerPoint decks, and others as needed.Provide Lead generation assistance to the Sales team using list generation, contact confirmations, and the use of ZoomInfo/LinkedIn/HubSpot/Triblio.Develop prospect and client presentations in a professional and effective manner.Prepare reports, sales brochures, price lists, discount offers, and other sale documents for quarterly meetings with potential clients.Coordinate NEST promotional items and client gifts as needed.Provide administrative support (preparation for meetings, agenda, preparing letters, draft memos, coordinates calendars, meeting minutes, arranging appointments, meetings, etc.).Manage the overall daily office operations within the Sales and Marketing departments.Success FactorsNEST is a competency-focused organization, and the exemplary candidate for this role will encompass the following core competencies:Job Knowledge -
