As the Strategic Marketing Manager Europe, Soft Assets, you will successfully apply your knowledge, experience, and passion to support and accelerate the technology, healthcare, and office technology industries ongoing success. This role will help lead the continued transformation of the GBU strategy into relevant and inspiring marketing initiatives that drive business value, revenue, and growth for DLL and our partners.As a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Marketing Manager, you will be developing, and co-implementing marketing plans aligned with the GBU global marketing and commercial strategies to create a positive, consistent, and unique positioning and profiling of our financial product within the targeted market segments. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, a strategic planner, and a results-oriented leader who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.Day to day

Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy driven by the global marketing agenda, with business and customer goals and objectives at the forefront.Develop unique approaches to attract and retain customers in target markets and segments with a unique selling positioning and messaging.Work with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and develop marketing campaigns that support conversion and retention, driving automation of campaigns where possible.Support Business Development and Program Management in prospecting, brand awareness, new program launches, and customer growth strategies.Participate and ideate in/on program performance improvements to increase share of wallet and customer satisfaction.Create and oversee the implementation of marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. Inclusive of traditional marketing efforts such as print collateral, events, trade shows, sponsorships, etc. and digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.Responsible for development, execution, and measurement of content strategy; collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visual and written content that drives business.Coordinate, initiate, and monitor market research for the GBU to create awareness on market developments and trends. This is in alignment with Market Intelligence counterparts.Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies – proving monthly reporting to management.Partner with and support digital (CRM, Marketing Cloud) and customer experience (surveys, interviews) colleagues and departments to bring the most efficient and excellent experience to our customers.Co-manage your country/countries specific marketing budget and track MROI/ROI, annually.Support industry and business strategy creation and execution, annually.Identification and translation of end-user, dealer and vendor requirements into concepts and ideas, aiming at improving our competitive position (cross-functional execution).Team Leadership And Development

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field.Proven experience (5-7+ years) in strategic marketing, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies.Strong understanding of customer behavior and identifies opportunities to bring innovation to existing marketing practices.Skilled in providing exemplary service to internal and external customers.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills: must be able to communicate big ideas, lead meetings, and presentations.Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Marketing Cloud, LinkedIn), analytics platforms (Sprout, Google Analytics), and CRM systems (Salesforce).Ability to deliver strategic growth initiatives in complex business environments.Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable marketing plans while adhering to corporate and partner brand guidelines.Exceptional project management, process management, relationship-building and organization skills.Results-driven mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making that makes detailed recommendations as needed to move change forward.Good to knowDesired Primary Work Location: Wayne, PAOther Acceptable Work Locations: Des Moines, IA or US remoteApplicable pay range: $120,625.54 - $180,938.30DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies.
