future.This role is a full time, in-office position for candidates within a commutable distance of our Irvine, CA location. This role offers an Exempt Salary Range of $75,000.00-$110,000.00, depending on experience.We are seeking a highly skilled, creative and savvy Graphic Designer to join our dynamic digital team at BDS. In your role you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate our brand message effectively.Responsibilities:Develop creative concepts and design solutions for various marketing materials, including but not limited to: digital advertisements, social media graphics, print collateral, presentations, and website elements.Ensure consistency in brand identity, typography, color schemes, and design elements across all marketing channels, maintaining a cohesive and professional look and feel.Work closely with marketing teams, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, brainstorm ideas, and deliver visually engaging designs that meet objectives and timelines.Create high-quality graphics and assets using graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), ensuring designs are optimized for different platforms and devices.Incorporate feedback from team members, clients, and stakeholders into design revisions, iterating designs as needed to achieve desired outcomes and exceed expectations.Approach design challenges with creativity and innovation, exploring new trends, techniques, and tools to enhance visual appeal and user experience.Conduct quality checks on final designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and project specifications.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years experience in Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across digital and print media.Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and/or other relevant programs.Experience in financial services design work.Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas, collaborate with team members, and incorporate feedback effectively.Attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating impactful visual designs.Video Editing is a plus.Better Debt Solutions is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
