You'll develop & execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social, industry publications), collaborating with internal teams & agencies. Analyze results, optimize for ROI, and manage a CRM (HubSpot preferred). Strong technical skills & experience with Adobe CC, Google Analytics, PPC, & social media advertising a plus. You'll champion our company culture and craft employer branding messaging.Key Responsibilities

Develop & execute data-driven marketing campaigns across channels.Analyze & optimize campaigns for maximum impact & ROI.Manage lead capture, tracking, distribution & qualification (CRM experience preferred).Collaborate with sales & internal teams on marketing initiatives.Champion company culture & develop employer branding messaging.Qualifications

Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).5+ years of marketing & advertising experience.Strong technical skills & experience with marketing tools (HubSpot, Adobe CC, Google Analytics, PPC, social media advertising).Excellent communication & collaboration skills.PLEASE NOTE:
