Meet The Team

As a Sr Partner Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our global commercial digital health products and partner marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with partner marketing leads to develop and execute marketing plans, ensuring the ongoing success of our commercial products through strategic partnerships.

This role is essential in supporting Dexcom's partnerships worldwide, working closely with cross-functional teams and geographies to align product strategies, track performance, and accelerate our partnerships. We're seeking a leader with extensive marketing experience in consumer technology, wearables, and digital health apps to drive innovation and success in this dynamic industry.

Where You Come In

Identify user acquisition, engagement and retention opportunities based on partner offerings and performance.Drive thought leadership and innovation in partner marketing strategies, experimenting with new tactics and approaches to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.Support the development and execution of downstream partner marketing strategies and campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the digital health and consumer technology space - proactively identifying marketing opportunities.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate partner initiatives into overall marketing plans and campaigns.Support the optimal marketing spend mix across channels, media, and geographies, regularly evaluating results and taking corrective actions to maximize marketing and commercial spend impact for partners.

What Makes You Successful

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required and MBA preferred.Typically 13 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in partnership marketing preferred.Experience in the digital health and consumer technology space (product or service).Creative thinker and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong communication skills, high energy; with a collaborative mindset.

Experience And Education Requirements

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 13 years of related experience.

Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.

Salary

$128,600.00 - $214,400.00
