The Marketing Director is responsible for providing direction, guidance and leadership to the marketing department. Oversees developing, establishing, and executing marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Expertly aligns the marketing, advertising, and promotional activities to align with the organization’s brand and core values.

Accountable as the key marketing leader in developing and executing a fully integrated brand and marketing strategies resulting in measurable engagement and business outcomes, improved brand strength and memorable client experiences.

Manage all aspects of marketing planning, budgeting, metrics, and reporting including alignment to each business line to ensure marketing plans are in lockstep with growth and profitability goals.

Oversee all aspects of branding; marketing and advertising strategy; public relations; reputation management and crisis communications; content marketing; external communications; social media; and media relations.

Develop tracking metrics and success criteria to measure results of marketing strategies and make evidence-based decisions.

Understand the inter-connectivity of both traditional channels, as well as digital channels, to support lead generation and grow new relationships.

Manages ongoing traditional and digital campaigns to achieve objectives around loan and deposit growth and customer engagement.

Analyzes customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.

Develops and implements marketing plans in support of the business units.

Expands and develops marketing platforms.

Monitors, reviews, and analyzes all marketing activity to optimize results.

Determines and manages the marketing budget to ensure costs and deliverables are meeting or exceeding plan.

Demonstrate ability to partner and collaborate with Board of Directors and Senior Management and lines of business management to help shape the business and brand strategy.

Assures all forms of advertising meet compliance requirements and keeps marketing records for bank audits and exams as required.

Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training department employees, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Represents Lincoln Savings Bank in a positive light in all professional duties, including participating in civic, community, and networking events to cultivate productive relationships for Lincoln Savings Bank.

Performs Other Duties And Responsibilities As Defined By Management.

Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fieldExperience in developing and managing a team to achieve stated marketing strategiesHighly effective technical, research and digital marketing skillsHighly proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:Master’s DegreeExperience in customer and market research10+ years of experience in marketing or related field, including 7 years leading marketing, brand management and operational marketing initiatives in the finance industry desired
