We are looking to add an accomplished Director of Sales and Marketing to spearhead our international growth initiatives and bring our products to a wider global market.ResponsibilitiesDevelops and implements strategic sales plans to accomplish corporate goals.Provides leadership to the sales team while setting realistic sales goals.Meets with key clients and establishes new relationships while maintaining existing relationships.Prepares and forecasts sales data for SAS management and operations.Leads the sales team to find and develop new markets domestically and globally.Follows and monitors competitors, directs product research, and assures the maintenance of company literature.Ensures proper shipping management.Negotiates contracts for marketing and other services to ensure SAS is receiving the best possible prices.Maintains a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.Conducts self in the presence of customers and community to present a professional image of SpaceAge Synthetics.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.5+ years of remarkable leadership experience in international sales and marketing.Proven ability to navigate diverse global markets and nuances.Strategic thinking and adaptability to ever-changing marketplaces.Outstanding communication, negotiation, and intercultural skills.
