The culture of Perspire has been designed to make people feel seen and heard and that starts with our team members.You'll be joining our first NYC studio, located in Williamsburg at 185 North 8th Street, Brooklyn, NY.Here's what you’ll do as a Studio Associate:Welcome guests to our studio at our front desk and answer all questions about services and the facilityAccommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcomeSell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphereReach out to our leads using our established process and software with high energyPromote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio MembershipSet reservations and book follow-up appointmentsAdminister studio tours for new guestsMaintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna roomsMaintain and organize the facility’s towel supply areaAttend occasional community outreach events to promote our studioHere's what you need to bring:A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional serviceExcellent English communication skillsA consistently fantastic team-player attitudeA verifiable history of excellent attendanceEvening and weekend availabilityPrior experience in fitness, wellness or other retail sales is not required but considered a definite assetWe Offer:A welcoming, upbeat and diverse working environmentHealth Reimbursement Arrangement: we will reimburse up to $512.60/month in health insurance premiums or qualified medical expenses for employees working 32+ hours per week.We offer flexibility to choose shifts within our established scheduleComprehensive training & developmentAll employees will receive hands-on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness PhilosophyGain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee.Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1:1 supportFree use of our Infrared Saunas, Red Light Therapy and Ice-Cold Showers as much as you wantEstablished career track to be promoted to assistant studio manager with a pay increaseEmployee recognition incentives (gift cards, etc.)Open door policy: a general manager who knows your name and is always open to your needsHourly Pay + commission or bonuses based on types of memberships soldWhen you're ready to love your job and achieve your full potential, let's talk!This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
