ECHO is hiring a Director of Marketing

to lead, guide, and mentor the Channel, Digital, Brand, Communications, Public Relations, and Creative departments. The Director of Marketing will be instrumental in implementing and executing ECHO's marketing strategies to ensure visibility and brand awareness. This is a highly collaborative role that will consistently interface and interact with many departments including Product Development, Sales, Service, and Engineering.This is a hybrid position

that will offer the flexibility of working from home and on-site at our Lake Zurich facility.Benefits

Oversee the brand portfolio management and implementation of brand strategies, marketing initiatives, packaging initiatives, brand campaigns, and media to increase brand awareness, grow market share and ensure consistent messaging.Create and execute channel marketing strategies and plans to drive brand positioning and growth through co-op/field advertising programs, merchandising strategies and distribution and dealer direct initiatives.Oversee and guide marketing communication team with PR, trade advertising, and social platforms including the networking platform (EMB) and advisory participating members (UAG).Enhance the User Experience (UX).Identify and work closely with target end-users to understand buyer behavior, product application and user needs to develop key brand messaging and execution.Work with Product Management and Sales to define product category strategies and identify business needs.Develop and implement commercialization plans for product launches through Marketing elements including, advertising, promotions, PR, user experience, events, and various media.Oversee marketing services to support marketing/sales initiatives and ensure strong and effective product launches and commercialization to create demand and drive product sales.Manage assigned budgets with emphasis on maximizing value received for advertising and promotional monies spent.Job Experience/Skills:

7+ years Customer Marketing experience.Exceptional communication skills.Logical thinker with strong analytical skills.Microsoft Office suite experience.Results-oriented.Excellent leadership and management skills.Product Marketing experience a plus.Education:
