This position is responsible for support for all marketing efforts from the design of forward-thinking creative graphic elements that maintain the continuity of brand through the entire marketing mix (print, publications, online, e-mail marketing, promotional products, direct mail, website, social, etc.). The ideal candidate would have experience with web and social media creative development. The chosen candidate must be a team player who is able to design effective communications, adhere to deadlines and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.Job Description

Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesDesign projects based on brand standards and team member direction delivered through briefs, kickoff meetings and daily interaction. Those projects may include, but are not limited to, postcards, sell sheets, brochures, environmental signage, email, e-newsletters, digital banners and ads, promotional items, etc. Will serve as main lead for all internal signage requests, and web and social media requests. Web requests may include developing, optimizing, cropping, retouching photos, icons, etc. to align with specifications outlined in style guide.Edit existing marketing elements and “pick-up” pieces, updating for current content and information and/or improving brand consistencies. This includes proofing edits to ensure accuracy before advancing project for approval process.Assist with print production, including giving final review, preparing files for printer and working with printer on timeline and execution.Miscellaneous other projects that may involve support to video/photo production and/or event production.Working ConditionsOpen office environment with frequent interruptions.Preferred QualificationsWorking knowledge of digital design, including a solid understanding of responsive web design and various frameworks a plus.Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus.After Effects and video editing experience a plus (Final Cut Pro, Premiere) but not required.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is necessary, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.Must possess an excellent design sense.Must be able to remain comfortable yet energetic during the creative process.Must demonstrate a high level of detail-orientation, especially under deadline pressure.Must display organization and communicative skills.Must be able to juggle multiple projects comfortably and quickly.Must possess a strong ability to manage one’s own time and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives.Must have good decision-making skills, solid judgment and interpersonal effectiveness.Must be self-directed, able to work independently and be a reliable team member.Must be comfortable engaging in a variety of different communicative modes (verbal, nonverbal, written) and being attuned to others through strong active listening skills.Required Qualifications

Bachelor degree in related field and one year related experience or equivalent education and experience to equal five years.Grade
