Financial Services/Credit Card industry highly preferred.Role Summary/Purpose

This Go-to-Market role requires a client integration project manager who will handle a portfolio of products and digital capabilities. The project manager will interact with clients regularly throughout each project's lifecycle. The position will be responsible for updating and aiding Synchrony platform leadership on integration prioritization, status, capacity, risks, level of effort, and timing. Ensuring that client expectations are met with speed and precision is crucial for this position's success, and therefore, the ability to communicate, inspire, and influence at all levels is essential. Demonstrated experience in complex project management is a must.Essential Responsibilities

Assist with product and capability client implementationsUnderstand product and capability roadmaps in order to help drive key components and interplay parameters for integration purposesTrack and manage Kanban board with a high volume of requests at multiple stages of developmentProvide daily updates to Project Managers and develop a working rhythm with multiple team membersAttend regular external client meetings to discuss project progress, updates, and address any concerns or issues raised by the clientsProvide timelines and milestones to internal and external clients, ensuring clear communication of project goals and expectationsEnsure that all project documentation, including meeting minutes, timelines, and milestones, are accurately maintained and easily accessible for referenceTest digital products for accuracy and communicate with internal IT teams when changes are requiredDemonstrate ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize appropriatelyUtilize project management skills that leverage a broad suite of project management tools and software to drive accountability, organization, and timely deliveries of implementationsIdentify and eliminate bottlenecks, constantly designing implementation process improvements to speed up the execution & delivery of products and capabilitiesFoster close working relationships with Platform Support leads and other internal stakeholdersTechnical liaison and operational support for artifact managementPerform other duties and/or special projects as assignedQualifications/Requirements

Exceptional organizational and project management skills5 years Sales, Marketing or Financial industry experience5+ years proven project or program management experience in a cross-functional environmentDesired Characteristics

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceProject Management Professional certification desiredDemonstrated thought leadership coupled with strong communication skills and ability to help teams connect the dots on new ideas, processes, and strategiesAbility to leverage technology to create new processes and drive efficiency gainsProven track record of delivering results; must be process and detail-oriented, capable of handling large workloads through multi-taskingDemonstrated strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skillsSales or Marketing experience in credit card networks, financial services, or retail industryLeverage Nintex Forms skills to create dynamic online forms used to capture and submit accurate integration-required informationCreate advanced automation using MS Power Automate
