Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $113,000 to $195,500. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.What You Will Do

The SR MARKETING MGR NEUTROGENA ACNE SH&B is responsible for delegating tactical tasks and objectives based on the marketing plan, managing the execution of annual communications, research and public relations plans, developing advertising plans to support the marketing plan, ensuring successful event planning and management, and directing the supervision of marketing coordinators and specialists.Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies for Neutrogena Acne SH&B products.Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing campaigns.Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth.Collaborate with product development teams to ensure product offerings meet customer needs.Manage budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI.Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website.Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate new trends into marketing strategies.Provide leadership and mentorship to junior marketing team members.Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the business goals and objectives.Lead the development of product launch plans and ensure successful execution.Manage and coordinate market research initiatives to gain insights into customer needs and preferences.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution of marketing plans.Provide leadership and guidance to marketing coordinators and specialists.Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources.Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing or related field.Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business administration, or related field.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns/strategies.Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in budget management and financial analysis.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.Desired Qualifications

Experience in consumer goods and/or personal care products.Passion for innovation and creativity in marketing.Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to analyze and interpret market research data.Advanced skills in specialized software knowledge or other high-level qualifications.What’s In It For You
