We are seeking a highly-motivated Marketing Manager to coordinate and execute marketing plans across print, digital, and social media. The ideal candidate has experience managing marketing projects, creating short-form video content, and working in a fast-paced team environment.This is an in-person role at our corporate headquarters in Lebanon, PA.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, and traditional advertising.Coordinate the development and production of print marketing materials. Identifying the items to be included in each piece, monitor their production timing, and coordinate with the graphic designer and printer to ensure mailings and print pieces are completed timely.Develop compelling email and SMS marketing campaigns and ensure they are distributed timely.Create content for company social media channels including posts, photos, engaging short-form videos, and long-form videos.Monitor social media floral trends to help guide retail stores and product development.Monitor, engage, and provide basic support to customers on digital platforms including social media, Google Business, Yelp, etc.Write and send press releases, coordinate press events, and be the contact person for press inquiries.Plan content and write blog entries for company blogs.Plan, coordinate, and write quarterly employee newsletter.Oversee and coordinate monthly Kids Club activities.Review advertising campaigns to study ROI and improve effectiveness of advertising dollars.Communicate marketing activities to the retail stores and departments.Coordinate with colleagues, vendors, freelancers, and partners to develop all materials for marketing campaigns.Daily website content management, including creating attractive and compelling website homepage slides, graphics, and banners to market current promotions, holidays, or product categories of focus.Assist in development of the yearly marketing plan and monthly marketing calendars.Stay relevant by researching marketing, retail/brick-and-mortar, and eCommerce trends and communication best practices within and outside of the retail floral industry.Work in retail stores and/or Internet Division at major floral holidays, as needed (maximum 3 weeks per year).Other duties as assigned.REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft OfficeStrong written and verbal communication skills.Content creation for social media.E.O.E.
