This company is a fintech and has been in business for three years and has a very aspirational goal for 2024, so we need someone looking to drive our team to the next level!This position is remote but will require travel. When the pandemic occurred in 2020, we fully committed to the remote-model and expect our team to excel in that environment.Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to direct and oversee our marketing department, which serves both brands: ARC Risk and Compliance and

AML-ology . This position requires the combination of a person that is hands-on, but also has the ability to direct and delegate work to direct and indirect reports. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and monitor effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals for both brands.Our ideal candidate has a solid marketing background and work experience managing a variety of promotional projects end-to-end, including digital marketing techniques. Our Marketing Manager will report directly to the COO and will oversee all internal marketing teams. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should be highly professional and play a significant role in shaping the company’s strategic planning.Ultimately, the ideal candidate should be able to ensure that the marketing department’s activities contribute to our company’s long-term success.Responsibilities

Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and sales.Set current and long-term goals for internal teams, for the team and the individuals on the team.Develop and review the Marketing department’s budget.Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies.Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary.Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly.Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for senior leadership.Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events, such as speaking engagements and conferences.Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department.Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives.Competitive landscape analysis.Marketing B2B for consulting services and B2C for membership-based sales.Requirements And Skills

Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, or similar senior role.Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns, plans, and budget.Solid knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, web analytics, and Google AdWords.Demonstrable knowledge of brand marketing, product management and marketing, as well as customer and user experience / engagement.Experience with CRM software, digital marketing tools and techniques, and project management software.Strong leadership skills.Excellent communication skills.Strong analytical and project management skills.Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions.BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field, or significant relevant work experience.MBA a plus.Anti-Money Laundering, Banking and/or Financial Services industry experience is a plus.Highly organized and diligent on deadlines.Experience with CRM and Campaign tools such as Zoho is a plus.Benefits
