As Marketing Manager, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities include both leading and executing all our marketing, PR & social media efforts. You will be an integral part of our team, supporting initiatives that enhance our brand presence and engage our customer and decision-maker bases, ultimately driving growth.Responsibilities:

Company branding and product positioning: Assist in our company’s brand-building efforts, including brand awareness campaigns and developing product positionings that align with customer demand.Voice of Customer Research: Help us better understand our customers’ needs, as well as the extent to which we and our competitors are meeting those needs. Highlighting unmet needs will aid in our product and service innovation efforts.Industry Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights to the marketing team.Sales Force Support: Assist our sales force in identifying the best potential customer targets and developing communications that resonate with these targets.Trade Show Management: Organize and coordinate logistics for trade shows and events, including promotional materials and follow-up activities.Social Media Management: Assist in creating and curating content for our social media platforms, engaging with followers and monitoring social media analytics to track performance.Public Relations (PR) and Media Management: Assist in preparing media kits and media pitches. Monitor media coverage and assist in media outreach.Other Marketing Duties: Collaborate on various tasks, which may include email marketing, content creation, website updates, giveaways, company apparel, marketing materials inventory management, and more.Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and creative thinking will position you well for success in this role. Your dedication to meeting deadlines and effectively managing multiple stakeholder groups will make a meaningful impact on our team.Qualifications:

The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in our organizations, requiring a blend of marketing expertise and strategic thinking. Some key skills include:A bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a major in marketing, strategy, or a related field is required; an MBA with similar focus is preferred.5+ years of marketing experience, either with industrial or consumer product firms. Experience developing and executing market plans, including evaluation of potential marketing vehicles, creation of advertisements and ad copy, trade show management, social media management, PR and media management, and industry/market research. Both B2B and B2C experience are valuable.Skilled user of Microsoft Office suite, and tools used in the creation and publishing of advertisements.Essential personal attributes include excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, quiet self-confidence, and the ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization.In addition, the candidate must possess the ability to be a self-starter and handle workload proactively, manage his/her time wisely, and manage multiple tasks during stringent deadlines.Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
