This role provides sales associates with marketing and design support.The ideal candidate is customer-service focused, organized, and creative. The Senior Graphic Designer establishes the conceptual and stylistic direction for design staff and orchestrates all design work for the office. Develops and promotes the use of brand and graphic design standards for the office. Conceptualizes and designs all marketing materials, including newspaper advertising, website content, trade show exhibits, direct mail systems, corporate identity work, catalogs, flyers, and other promotional and presentation materials. This includes flyers, brochures, advertising, posters, and direct marketing materials. Develop strategies for how these materials will be utilized by various media.Manage and direct design team.Conceptualize and design all support creative materials. This includes graphics, banners, agent website templates, and social media.Direct the development of brand and graphic standards for the Company.Conceptualize and design presentation materials to support training, management meetings, and broker presentations.Recommend, implement, and maintain hardware and software requirements for the department.Create and design newsletters.Develop strategic messages for office communications.Create regular content for LinkedIn.Confer with MOM to create a library of content for offices.Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design; or equivalent work experience.Experience:5-7 years working as a graphic designer on a variety of media, including Internet experience and 3-5 years giving art direction.Knowledge and Skills:Proficient in PC and Mac design programs.Strong creative and conceptual skills.Strong knowledge of printing and electronic production methods.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.Effective oral and written communication skills.Effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
