The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of digital marketing for the US market. Additionally, the Marketing Specialist will oversee all trade shows and support various marketing activities.Who We Are

Maintain and manage websites for brand consistency, accuracy and up to date content using content management systems.Measure, analyze and report performance of email, website, and social media and make recommendations for improvements.Manage all aspects of trade shows including planning, budgeting, vendor sourcing, execution and on-site coordination.Plan and implement SEO strategies across all materials and platforms.Create and edit marketing content for websites, training presentations, social media, brochures and blog articles.Analyze and report performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth.Support Marketing Manager on the execution of the marketing strategy to support company and department objectives.Partner with the sales team to understand our customers and develop high-value marketing tools to support sales growth.Partner with product management to understand our products and execute marketing deliverables for product launches and updates.What You Should Have

Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Communications or English.Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in digital marketing communications role.Proficient in content creation and understands how to tailor content to differing platforms and audiences.Experience with SEO tools & Google Analytics, keyword search.Experience with social media – planning, scheduling, posting, analyzing and reporting.Experience with WordPress front and back-end design.Software / platform proficiency with:Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).Adobe Creative Suite.Conductor, BrightEdge or other SEO management platforms.Google Analytics and Search Console.Experience with news wire services.WordPress or other web content management systems.Hootsuite.Mailchimp or other email marketing platforms.Exhibit Company Core Values of Consideration, Cooperation, Communication, Accountability, and Innovation.Be curious with a growth mindset, open and willing to learn and contribute to the expanding team.Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment on a variety of projects, and be adaptable to shift focus as priorities change and evolve.Project management – ability to manage multiple campaigns, tasks and deadlines.Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to build and maintain rapport and work effectively cross-functionally and with external customers (e.g., clients/customers, vendors).Strong problem-solving and critical-analysis ability; able to make effective decisions and execute an appropriate course of action that exceeds customer expectations while supporting business goals.Excellent attention to detail; time management, project management, and organizational skills; able to perform a wide variety of tasks and multi-task efficiently.Why It's Great To Work Here
