This role will be a key strategic leader within the Media Lab providing all aspects of budget and financial management for this strategically critical area of the business including quarterly and annual budget planning, assisting end-to-end procurement process, invoice tracking, and payment management. This role will also work cross-functionally within Marketing and finance organizations, bringing the right authorities and teams together to improve the impact of the media lab on the business.Desired Skills & Experience:

10+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), controllership or Financial Operations; Experience leading paid media expense is a plus5+ years of experience leading and developing a team; Well-developed leadership, management, and strategic-thinking skills, with the ability to excite and lead othersShown ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams to complete a planConsistent track record of achievement, process improvement, and professional growthExcellent communication skills, including the ability to partner with cross-functional collaborators to stay aligned, get results, and present outcomesHigh level of confidence and comfort in working autonomously without constant supervision (self-starter, strong initiative, fast learner)Detail Oriented; Comfortable dealing with ambiguity; Willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive into sophisticated issuesStrong sense of ownership and accountability and take pride in what you doProficient in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint, Google Sheets & Slides; Tableau is a plusExtensive financial modeling experience, including advanced spreadsheet skillsKey Responsibilities:

Lead budgeting and financial planning for media lab, including annual planning, quarterly outlooks, and month-end processes; Building strong, positive relationships within Media Lab and across Marketing & Finance organizations.Automate and streamline budget planning process by collaborating with both internal & external collaborators; Collaborate closely with the Analytics, Digital Demand and Data Science teams to build predictive and accountable financial models on marketing expenses.Collaborate with vendors, Accounts Payable and Procurement teams to align on billing and payment management.Proactively provide budget reporting to leadership, identifying key trends from metrics such as spend to MDP and spend to ACV ratios, spend mix by channel/region/OU and assessing correlations between investments and business results.Partner closely with Marketing functional strategy and Finance teams on media budget planning, financial & operational metrics reporting, Headcount and T&E planning, and other ad-hoc analyses; develop new frameworks to track & measure successful outcomes consistently.Prepare and deliver presentations to executive leadership to support strategic decision-making and track performance, including budget reviews, business performance updates and ad hoc analyses.Build and maintain cross-functional relationships across Marketing and Finance functions; connect and lead cross-functional working groups to deliver insights and drive strategic decision-making.Partner within Media Lab to drive complete go-to-market insights and facilitate alignment on paid media strategies and resource allocations across regions/products/OUs.Lead a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance, mentoring, and encouraging a culture of continuous learning and innovation.Accommodations:
