The Opportunity and Who You’ll Work With:

WBUR is seeking a Salesforce Administrator with experience with the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) to support our recent migration to Salesforce. This person will work within a team on the daily management, support, and development of our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices as well as an understanding of nonprofit business processes and donor management.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator; NPSP experience required

Accounting Subledger, CRM Analytics, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud experience preferred.
