As a Marketing Manager, this individual is responsible for oversight of marketing initiatives at Stony Brook University. An ideal candidate would be multi-faceted with digital marketing, and social media, and who has experience managing a team. This is an onsite role and will require nights and weekends, on an as needed basis.Responsibilities
Leads in all marketing, advertising and promotional activitiesAnalyzes customer research, current market conditions and competitor informationDevelops and implements marketing plans and projects for new and existing accountsExpands and develops marketing platformsManages the productivity of the marketing plans and projectsMonitors, reviews and reports on all marketing activity and resultsDelivers marketing activity within agreed budgetReports on return on investment and key performance metricsCreates marketing presentationsMonitors industry best practices and trendsQualifications
BS degree in Marketing preferredMinimum of three years marketing experienceAbility to present to large groupsKnowledge of merchandising and promotionsExcellent writing skillsBenefits
