If you are:

A creative problem solver and design leader, skilled in the team sport of crafting solutions that are smart, simple and lovable. You analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience.

Responsibilities:

Expertly apply complex user interface & interaction design principlesGuide persona, archetype, or mindset development, user journey/flow creation, task analysis, and information architecture creationDefine & guide the planning, execution, & synthesis of user research and usability testing, and ensure research translates into meaningful ideation and actionable recommendations

Must have:

5 years of experience delivering interface design solutions for various clients or stakeholders5+ years of experience demonstrating proficiency or expertise in relevant professional design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and more5+ years of experience with user researchBachelor’s degree

Bonus points if:

Excellent written and oral presentation skills, including facilitation of small to large groups (5-30+ people)Demonstrated expertise with Agile methodology and ability to work in iterative product design cyclesAbility to provide clear, articulate rationale for design choices and approachExperience and comfortability using scrappy design tools like paper and slidesBackground in Software Engineering or familiarity with custom development practices in order to effectively communicate with a highly technical, multidisciplinary teamExperience delivering design products across multiple networksExperience leading small to medium sized teams of designers/creatives (3-7+ people)Demonstrated ability to translate user research findings into design requirements and design deliverables

Security Clearance:

Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits.

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$126,400—$256,300 USD
