We are seeking a high-ownership, knowledgeable and creative Social Media and Events Manager to join our strategic marketing team at Nabsys. We are looking for someone with a strong background in social media and events marketing that brings passion and new ideas to the table, understands how to measure the impact of marketing initiatives, and is a strategic business partner willing to work across all levels of the organization to achieve goals. This role designs, develops and implements the social media and events strategy plans, and promotional materials needed to establish market leadership and drive commercial traction for the Nabsys OhmX platform in an increasingly competitive landscape. The Social Media and Events Manager will report to the Director of Marketing. This is a phenomenal opportunity to join a rapidly growing team dedicated to impacting ground-breaking change in the genomics space.Responsibilities:Designs and implements a comprehensive social media marketing strategyManages and grows our social media presence. Channels include Facebook, Twitter (X), YouTube, and LinkedInDevelops a content calendar and works with key internal stakeholders on content development and review processMeasures traffic to all social channels and website using analytics toolsManages our national and regional event presence including event coordination, logistics, promotion and budget managementLiaises with external agencies on graphics and media developmentContributes to the long-term product and marketing strategy for the OhmX platformLeverages internal analytics and external data to support insights and business-focused recommendationsRequirements:Domain expertise across social media and tracking/analytics platformsExceptional content creatorHighly detail-orientedStrong verbal communicatorAbility to apply data and analytics to drive decision-makingGraphic design (Adobe Creative Suite) or Canva experience a bonus but not requiredBachelor’s degree3-5+ years of experience working in marketing, social media marketing, digital marketing, and/or events marketing/managementExperience in genomics, lab, diagnostics, diagnostics, or healthcare industry is preferredCompensation:Competitive salary and bonus structureEquity stakeBenefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) plan with 50% match up to 6% of base salary, unlimited vacation, life insurance
