Job SummaryInitiate, implement and manage marketing plans, promotions, trade shows and other marketing/sales strategies developed for the Disposable PPE product segments.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Initiate and implement strategic marketing plans that promote continued sales growth for Personal Protection by working with division leadership and product management, with a specific focus on generating and acting on their own insights.Manage projects and tactically execute key promotions and programs by working with the product divisions, sales, sales leadership, corporate marketing and customers. This includes working with sales representatives to do market research and identify effectiveness of the programs, as well as gaining sales leadership buy-in for the key programs and projects. This also includes the annual formalized pitch, prep, and presentation process for all of the key sales forces including Acute Care, Post-Acute Care, Physician’s Office, Research, OEM, and Retail.Assist the product division to develop scope of work for promotion launches and trade shows. Work with divisions on the content and effectiveness of presentations related to the promotional items. Manage logistics of all promotional material (i.e. sample box requirements, binder content, communication material) for sales effectiveness. Produce other marketing tools to help support initiatives (i.e. email blasts, advertising).Manage projects and tactically execute various marketing projects and campaigns that include digital marketing campaigns and product/market/segment-specific programs.Review competition and market trends to further help develop and implement marketing initiatives.Coordinate between the marketing design teams and the product division and corporate marketing on marketing projects under development.Analyze market intelligence data to generate insights and opportunities for the product division to act on, such as competitor threats, emerging markets, sales trends, etc.Education

Bachelor’s degree.Work Experience

At least three years selling/marketing experience or related experience.Previous experience working with data and analytics (i.e. reporting, trend analysis, forecasting, etc.).Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.Experience understanding customer needs/priorities and skills to use that insight to develop innovative and effective marketing programs that generate sales.Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font).Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).Willing to travel up to 25% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).Primary Location
