We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical writing and documentation background, emphasizing creating explicit, concise, and comprehensive content. Experience with cellular technology is a plus, as this role will document complex technical processes and products related to the cellular industry.Key Responsibilities:

Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, system operation guides, and technical specifications.Collaborate with engineers, developers, and product managers to understand and translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation.Edit and revise existing documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.Conduct research and gather information from various sources to produce detailed and accurate documentation.Create visual aids such as diagrams, charts, and illustrations to enhance the understanding of technical information.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality documentation.Review and update documentation in response to user feedback and changing product specifications.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and guidelines.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, English, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry.Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate complex information into clear and concise documentation.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Must understand and perform content management functions such as document organization using SharePoint and other central stores for documentation.A basic understanding of cellular technology and telecommunications is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Preferred Skills:

Min Two (2) years’ experience as a Technical Writer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.Experience with gathering data from analysts and other stakeholders to create technical documentation for mission partners.Experience with Agile, Scrum, waterfall, and Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) methodologies.Strong in document editing, structure, and logic flow for both technical and non-technical audiences.Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products, including PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and Word.Understanding of network protocols and wireless communication standards is a plus.Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.Application Process:
