Our success is defined by our ability to deliver relevant content that creates trials, sales pipeline, and ultimately, new customers.Role Description:We are looking for a self-starting, team-oriented, and passionate product marketer to lead GTM strategy and execution. You will be the voice of sales and translate the needs of these businesses across marketing, sales enablement, product, and field teams. You will own a wide variety of initiatives that support pipeline generation and help drive deals to close. The ideal candidate will have a passion for navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, influencing strategy, and potentially managing a team.Responsibilities:Translate our marketing & industry-focused initiatives into actionable programs to help fuel the sales pipeline, close deals, and deliver growth.Conduct deep-dive analyses on sales pipeline data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.Collaborate with sales and cross-functional marketing teams to optimize strategies and improve lead generation and conversion rates.Design and maintain regular reporting dashboards for senior management, providing updates on sales metrics, program effectiveness, and ROI.Manage stakeholder communications and presentations regarding sales program developments and outcomes.Lead the planning, execution, and management of new product launches to ensure successful market entry.Collaborate with product management, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to develop a cohesive launch strategy.Develop comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans, including key messaging, target audience identification, and sales channel strategies.Create, update, and maintain internal seller assets, such as sales guides, FAQs, product datasheets, and training materials.Must be able to come into a hub location 3 times a week.Preferred Skills:Strong analytical skills with proven ability to manage large datasets and extract meaningful insights.Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams.Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.Accommodations:If you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.Posting Statement:At Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
