The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative, high-quality product experiences that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations. The Product Designer will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to define experience design.ResponsibilitiesCreate exceptional user experiences across web, mobile, and other digital platforms.Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines that ensure consistency across all products and platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to define and prioritize product features and requirements.Conduct user research and testing to understand user needs and validate design solutions.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity experience designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to cross-functional teams.Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure the highest quality of work.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in product design and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.Work closely with engineering to ensure designs are implemented as intended and collaborate on design-related technical challenges.Build strong relationships with stakeholders and evangelize the importance of user-centered design throughout the organization.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in fine arts, product design, graphic design, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/product design, with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful products.Strong portfolio that demonstrates your design skills, process, and impact.Expertise in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.Experience with design systems, component libraries, and design standards.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and human-computer interaction.Our commitment to you!BMC’s culture is built around its people. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country-specific benefits.At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at/near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $85,650 - $142,750.
