In the role of Associate Product Marketing Manager, you will be working closely with Product Marketing Managers to provide additional project bandwidth as well as assist with coordination and communication with stakeholders and others in Marketing, Product Development and Engineering. Projects you coordinate will range from sales fliers and technical bulletins to point-of-purchase materials, product sample kits and trade show assistance. As your knowledge of our products and customer increases, the types of projects you manage can expand in scope. In this role, you will also work closely with various teams within the Marketing department, such as Product Marketing Managers, Creative Services, Marketing Communications and our Digital Experience team to execute projects.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (% of Time)

Assist the PMMs and stakeholder groups with product launch efforts as well as marketing campaigns (30%)Assist PMMs during the yearly business planning cycle to create and review marketing plans based on product line and market segment business plans (15%)Collaborate with PMMs, stakeholders, and groups within Marketing to create new marketing sales aids such as targeted fliers, point-of-purchase materials and targeted emails (15%)Work with Marketing, Product Management and Engineering to manage review/revisions to various pieces in the literature library through our expired literature process. (15%)Facilitate the transfer of product/customer information to the Trade Show group to assist with show planning. Work with product and business groups prior to show to assist with show planning and post show for follow up and show improvements. (10%)Facilitating communication in various ways, such as helping with media updates to the business units, uploading information to Microsoft teams or our intranet (10%)Facilitate the incorporation of new marketing materials and information into our Digital Asset Management and Product Information Management (5%)Desired Skills And Experience

Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:Bachelor’s degree preferred.3 years experience in Marketing.2 years Project Management experience.Strong organization skills; a self-starter who is able to keep track of multiple priorities and deadlines.Solution oriented: strives to find ways to meet the needs of the team and looks for ways to improve work.Solid writing ability – emails, group communications, simple marketing copy.Good communications skills, including the ability to present simple presentations at department meetings, able to communicate clearly and concisely.Comfort/fluency using a range of office software as well as learning new tools such as Smartsheet project management software.Ability to work well with a range of people: Embraces work relationships and strives for positive interactions and results working with internal customers as well as people in the department.Ability to follow instructions and processes furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.Ability to think critically about a task or project, and ask clarifying questions to prompt more detailed information.Flexible and open to trying new approaches to succeed; willing to jump in where needed to get the work done.Able to set personal improvement goals and have honest discussions with management about development, growth and improvement.Physical Requirements And Work Environment
