Entrust is looking for a
Sr. UX Product Designer
with passion for designing experiences that are simple, efficient and very effective for our customers and internal stakeholders. Your responsibility will cover both customer-facing and employee-facing web applications. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong background in product management, highly hands-on, a communicator, analytical and well-versed with rapid prototyping to help support business decisions. Your work will consist of three areas: product management, experimentation, and design.Responsibilities:Facilitate collaborative brainstorming sessions to gather a variety of perspectives and build shared ownership across teams.Collaborate with data analysts to acquire data insights on users' behavior such as heatmaps, conversion funnels, and others.Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our customers.Drive thought leadership in design thinking and human-centered design, working closely with various business stakeholders.Create user-centered wireframes, flow diagrams, prototypes, etc., to identify opportunities, communicate, and deliver design ideas and solutions for various digital experiences.Work with developers to support the implementation of UI/UX principles and best practices across digital platforms to meet corporate brand expectations.Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features supported with data insights and trends.Ensure design plans incorporate well with user testing and validation of the documented experiences.Produce design artifacts to illustrate ideas, validate hypotheses, and ensure we build to the highest quality level possible.Build KPIs for tracking the effectiveness of UX designs and provide frequent reporting to support more improvements.Partnerships:You partner across functions to understand business impact on various experiences.You partner with our branding team to ensure experiences are following corporate branding guidelines.You partner with our corporate UX/UI team to follow and align with already available best practices and guidelines.You partner with our eCommerce team to implement and evolve our Adobe Commerce platform patterns and components for our consumer-facing website(s).You partner with various internal systems owners to integrate UI/UX best practices in internal applications to improve employee experience.You partner with Product Managers, Program Managers, and System Analysts during the planning and development cycle of various features.You partner with technology leaders to understand current and future capabilities.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.5+ years of experience designing digital experiences.3+ years of industry experience in analysis, design, and documentation of B2B or B2C eCommerce.Visual prototyping and wireframing experience using Figma.Proven ability to deliver research and design work on time while working on multiple projects.Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization.Demonstrated deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.Ability to conduct research and/or collect feedback from and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers.Ability to translate complex interactions and processes into simple, intuitive experiences.Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Experience providing design direction for digital experiences.Previous experience discovering and sharing findings with executives.Preferred Qualifications:Practical experience with HTML, CSS, GitHub, Bootstrap, JQuery, and JavaScript, or other tools for rapid prototyping.The Location:
