Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field OR the equivalent marketing and business experienceProven experience and expertise in a marketing project manager or similar roleStrong understanding of marketing principles and strategiesProficient in project management tools and softwareResponsibilities
Our client is looking for a marketing project manager to be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing projects from conception to completionThe project manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goalsProvide organization, process, and structure to an 8-person marketing team that produces a significant number of campaigns and initiativesUnderstand planned marketing initiatives and work with those responsible to understand all the elements of each campaign and establish KPIs for the campaignDefine required tasks, establish a timeline, and assign tasks to the appropriate team members for executing and completing tasks on timeInput all tasks into ClickUp and monitor progressCreate a quarterly marketing plans Gantt chart, to be shared with the organization and franchiseesTrack local store marketing spend by franchisee and results of each campaign, working in partnership with the local marketing managerWork productively with the operations team to ensure proper execution at the store level or within the point-of-sale systemProvide weekly status updates in the weekly marketing team meetingIdentify and recommend opportunities for process improvement that will create more efficiencies and streamline our operationsFoster a positive and collaborative working environment to drive project successThis is a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is hybrid and requires 2-3 days in office in Savage, MD. All McKinley roles include a competitive benefits package.Company Information
