ResponsibilitiesIdentify new business opportunities within the market segmentWorking with the VP Product Marketing, you will manage the market analysis activities, have extensive collaboration with sales and product line management and develop and implement successful strategiesSupport Sales, Business Units and Executives with computing market and product business opportunitiesResponsible for in-depth analytics in the computing market, application and technology dynamics enabling a proactive market share and business growth strategyMap Hyperscale, Enterprise and Client ecosystems from OEM, Tier1 through into key semiconductor supply chainsArticulate Company value propositions in key product growth areas: CPU/GPU, Network ASICs, Transceivers, Switches, Storage and MemoryAnalyze Computing global market dynamics and segment lead customer market sharesKeep pace with system architecture evolutions, technology trends and disruptions, translate into business opportunity identification and/or risk assessmentsIdentify accelerated market growth trends, collaborate on corresponding go-to-market and execution strategies with Product Lines and Regional SalesProactively engage sales teams with push marketing in new business opportunity targetsContribute to product and portfolio roadmaps ensuring alignment from market and customer inputs, identify and minimize segment gapsCollaborate with MarCom to promote Company's portfolioRequirementsBS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Physical Science or Material ScienceAt least 8-10+ years relevant industry experience in the Semiconductor space5 years of experience in marketing roles such as Product Management, Marketing Management; Sales ManagementExperience with products, applications, and markets relevant to the semiconductor industryDemonstrate a deep understanding of Computing, Networking and Datacenter end marketsKnowledge of Computing semiconductor product development cycles gained from experience in major IC marketsIn-depth knowledge of semiconductor technology, packaging and test with prior experience gained in IDM/Fabless, Foundry or OSAT disciplinesFamiliarity with semiconductor industry practices, disciplines, systems, and software toolsExcellent research & presentation skillsAbility to work confidently and effectively with Sales, and Product management teamsUnderstanding of Enterprise, Client and rapid scale customer requirements, product roadmaps and market trends desiredThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
