What You’ll Do

Develop and manage project plans and timelines for marketing initiatives, working with cross-functional teams including: Corporate Marketing, Brand, Campaigns & Content, Digital, Global Field Marketing, Partner, and SIIA.Determine the tasks, dependencies, and resources needed to complete each phase.Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.Leverage Airtable and other project management systems to set the foundation of process improvement and team coordination.Lead project kick-off meetings, ensuring clear communication of project goals, roles, and responsibilities.Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring accountability and timely completion of deliverables.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.Conduct regular status meetings to provide project updates, address challenges, and ensure alignment across teams.Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success, identify areas for improvement, and capture lessons learned.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in marketing projects.Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree preferredDemonstrated experience in marketing project management or a related role, preferable a fast-paced tech environment and a B2B companyDemonstrate success in driving collaboration across teams and helping to execute a variety of comprehensive marketing programs with tangible growth results.Strong leadership skills, with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.Creative thinker with a problem-solving approach and a drive for innovation.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Why Cisco
