Position Summary:

As a Marketing Manager at BOND Building Construction, Inc., your role will be essential in supporting and enhancing our marketing endeavors. In collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll contribute to the development and execution of our marketing strategies. Your efforts will focus on managing various marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with and effectively contribute to our corporate mission and objectives. This position reports directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and is responsible for managing the activities of our marketing support staff.

Core Responsibilities:

Marketing Program Assistance: Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in establishing and overseeing marketing programs, policies and protocols.Marketing Plan Implementation: Contribute to the development and execution of the marketing plan and report on progress in relation to departmental goals.Project Information Management: Manage and coordinate information related to BOND Building projects across all market sectors for promotional materials.Proposal Process: Actively manage and contribute to creating proposals for various business units, ensuring content quality and compliance with our strategic objectives, guided by input from the Senior Marketing Manager. Your role is hands-on, with direct involvement in writing, editing, and crafting compelling proposal sections, in addition to efficiently coordinating and balancing the workload among the team.Presentation Preparation Assistance: Aid in leading and preparing the teams for all presentation-related activities.Corporate Identity Management: Develop, implement, and maintain consistency of our corporate identity, including job-site protocols and signage.Communications Development: Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to create and develop communication pieces, including corporate literature, newsletters, social and advertisements.Workflow and Activity Planning: Plan and schedule marketing support activities, ensuring goals are met and managing the workflow of the marketing team.Photography Coordination: Commission, coordinate, and manage job progress and architectural photography.Advertising Production Management: Direct and manage the production of all company-related advertising pieces.Event Planning and Coordination: Work with the Senior Marketing Manager in planning and coordinating company functions and special activities.Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in marketing, ideally with a focus in the A/E/C industry.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Strong project management and coordination skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.Proficiency in marketing software and tools.Strong understanding of the A/E/C industry, market trends, and client needs.Adobe Suite experience required.Equal Employment Opportunity Policy
