Our team includes talented marketers, communicators, and trusted partners working alongside firm leadership to support our mission of Building CommunityYou will work with the Architectural and Civil Marketing Managers to oversee multiple projects concurrently and own proposal responsibilitiesYou will also lead effective proposal responses, support marketing campaigns using digital and print graphics solutions, utilize CRM solutions, and collaborate with the marketing team for further marketing supportLead and facilitate proposal development and productionWrite non-technical textEdit grammar, style, and contentProvide peer QA/QC reviews for proposalsCollaborate with firm leadership, subject matter experts (SME), and marketing team membersCoordinate and develop various marketing content to support firm leadership and SMEsEnsure content is comprehensive, consistent, compelling, and client-specificParticipate in opportunity identification and tracking activitiesAssist with general marketing duties including internal and external marketing meetings, continuing education activities, presentations, etcCoordinate Trade Shows and eventsAssemble qualification packages (RFQ/RFP/Statements of Qualifications)Whether it's safer schools or improved drainage, our purpose is the same — enhancing lives and inspiring people.
