Develop, Manage and Grow a successful performance-driven call center marketing strategy.
Manage paid acquired customer lead channels, including: digital, social, display, TV, direct mail, print and others.
Develop a strong ROAS Team Perspective to drive high KPI and thriving performance levels.
Continually test, build and optimize Team performance to support sales objectives.
Develop Business Intelligence through messaging content, analytic review and conversion.

Above Industry Base Salary Based on Experience

Our Call Center Management Team maintains all call center activities including training, coaching, onboarding, scheduling, forecasting, motivating, hiring, monitoring, and more. The ultimate goal of the Call Center Management Team is to ensure an efficient and successful call center to meet and/or exceed KPI while developing BI and BA data to drive larger company overall goals to new success heights!
Team Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 9AM – 8PM, Friday/Saturday 9AM - 4PM, Sunday Flex with breaks and lunch/dinner breaks.
Call Center Marketing Leader Abilities Seeking:
3-5 Years Experience in Result-Proven Call Center Marketing Management
Ability to Motivate Room Success Through Setting Performance Metrics
Excellent Active Listening and Communication Skills
Manage and Collaborate Among Connective Teams and Divisions
Pro-Active Ability to Thrive and Manage Reactive Day-to-Day Priorities and Long-Term Strategy Development and Goals
CRM, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word and Excel Experience
Can Do Attitude to Motivate/Coach/Mentor/Develop Team Members to High Success Rate
